Got a PhD in Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento, and had a postdoc position at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (Trento) within the project GOSH (Gender cOnstructions between Sciences and Humanities). She currently works at FBK where she supports the Human Resources Unit (data analysis) and collaborates in FESTA (data collection and analysis, study of formal and informal communication and decision-making processes), being convinced that the project may have positive implications on both gender equality and the general working conditions at FBK.
