Marina Cacace

has carried out several research projects in Italy and Europe on the different forms of women’s occupational segregation, women’s leadership, the reconciliation of professional and family life, women in science and in the medical professions. She directed the ASDO team for the FP7 PRAGES project on gender equality programmes in scientific institutions, and currently coordinates the team of ASDO for the structural change project STAGES. She also studied the dynamics of young women’s identification and involvement with feminism and the women’s movement.
