European PhD in Socio-Economic and Statistical Studies from "Sapienza" University of Rome. Her research focuses on gender economics, and in particular on care economy and gender inequality in the labour market. Her quantitative approach includes the analysis of time use data. She has been a visiting scholar at University Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain) and Levy Economics Institute (New York, USA). Currently she is a visiting scholar in-residence at the Economic Department of the American University (Washington DC, USA).
