Researcher at the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies of National Research Council (CNR). She has a PhD in Methodology and Social Research obtained from the “La Sapienza” University in Rome. She is active in the field of gender equality with special interest in the public policies concerning the enhancing of equal opportunities within public research organisations.
