Emilia Rossi

Gender specialist with 15 years of experience in the international cooperation sector. Initially trained in Statistics and Economics, she later specialised in Social Anthropology and International Development. Her main areas of interest are care work and migration, gender policy analysis and gender budgeting, as well as women’s economic empowerment. She lived several years in Argentina and other Latin American countries, but has professional experience in most global regions. She consulted in Afghanistan from 2016 to 2018 for the Italian Cooperation and recently directed a Time Use Study on rural women in Tajikistan for the Asian Development Bank.
