Insegna presso le facoltà di giurisprudenza e lettere e filosofia ed è presidente del RHEA (Center for Gender Studies and Diversity Research), del VLIR-werkgroep Gelijke Kansen e vicepresidente del Vereniging voor Vrouwengeschiedenis. È specializzata negli studi di genere e in storia della collaborazione e repressione (dopo la seconda guerra mondiale).
She teaches at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy. As president of the RHEA Institute on Gender and Diversity, she specializes in gender studies and the history of collaboration and repression.
