Associated researcher at the University of Naples Federico II. Her research is focused on Science and Technology Studies and she is currently working also in Gender Studies in science field. She is project manager of the GENOVATE project at UNINA and is also cofounder of the Association Women in Science of Naples (CoordinamentoNapoletano Donne nellaScienza)

The Change Academy Model is at the centre of the methodological framework of the GENOVATE project. It recognises that high education institutions are highly complex social systems: so complex, adaptive and flexible ways of thinking are required in order to create changes.
