Tenured Assistant Professor of Physics at the University of Naples Federico II and Associate Researcher in INFN. Her research activity was carried out in the field of particle phenomenology and astroparticle physics. She is scientific coordinator of the GENOVATE project at UNINA and is also cofounder of the Association Women in Science of Naples (CoordinamentoNapoletano Donne nellaScienza).

The Change Academy Model is at the centre of the methodological framework of the GENOVATE project. It recognises that high education institutions are highly complex social systems: so complex, adaptive and flexible ways of thinking are required in order to create changes.
